Research

What does best practice look like? Which Sustainability initiatives create the most value for us and our Customers? How should we position them in the marketplace? What is happening ‘out there’?

A core charter of the FMCG Sustainability Institute is to advance Sustainability in Australian FMCG companies via research.

Our annual ‘FMCG Sustainability Barometer’ survey, commencing in August 2008, is a major FSI contribution to the industry, with the results released free to the industry in October 2008.

The Institute also plans to run a number of syndicated research projects over the coming years, to identify ways that FMCG and Retail companies as a collective can achieve sustainability progress.

We also assist individual companies with the insights they need to develop differentiated strategy. We look at why and how to leverage Sustainability in light of your particular business opportunities and the global context.

The Institute helps you to gain a clear view of where you are now and what your bigger picture could look like.
